Weight loss breakthrough: Sunlight is key

Hmmm...not certain about this conclusion and not certain if confounding/contributory factors were accounted. If it's simply a matter of sunlight (blue light) exposure, how do we explain that regions with lots of sunshine (such as the southern US, Kuwait, Samoa, Marshall Islands)? Although if you're getting more sunlight exposure, more likely than not you're out and about, getting fresh air, not sedentary and not eating as much calories from grazing in the kitchen or the break room at work. And, those are all good things. So, go for a walk and get some sunlight :)
