Fitness, not physical activity, mitigates negative effects of prolonged sitting

It means if you can "bring the game" for your age group, you're probably going to do well health wise. Overall, just move. Find reasons to be mobile. This means we have to purposely counter a half-century of convenience-seeking behavior. Put that ceiling fan remote away and just get up to flip the wall switch. ;)
