Lack of exercise is twice as deadly as obesity, Cambridge University finds - Telegraph

Increasing one's mobility may confer a bigger bang for the buck than losing weight as a New Year's resolution. An obese active individual may be in better health than a sedentary slender person. Mobility is life. How are we all coming along with January's goal: walking 30 minutes a day at least 4 days per week?
