January Goal: Walk 30 minutes daily, 4 days a week

 
Do you spend more than 50% of your walking hours seated? If the answer is yes, there is room for improvement in your physical activity level.

Chronic diseases-diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke and some cancers-are ascribed to lifestyle choices:
  • Sedentary
  • Unhealthy diet
  • Tobacco use

Let's ramp up to Feeling Fabulous in February

Walk with Dr. Raj - 30 minutes a day, most days of the week, during the month of January.
