▶ Children Getting Less Sleep

Interesting broadcast about changes in children's sleep habits. Likely multiple contributing factors such as i) poor sleep hygiene (confounding in-bedroom distractions, bright light exposure at night time from electronics, resistance to bedtime, etc), ii) over scheduling (kids schedules are getting busier and busier, weekdays and weekends) and iii) some kids may have other existing sleep disorder (sleep apnea, restless limbs syndrome, narcolepsy, etc).
