Video: Can You Catch Up On Sleep On The Weekend?







After a long week, many of us are left feeling like it's time to "catch up" on sleep over the weekend. But does a so-called "sleep binge" actually do your body any good?

You can make up for some sleep, writer and editor Heidi Mitchell told the Wall Street Journal's The News Hug in the video above, but sleeping too much can do more harm than good. Rather than overdo it Sunday mornings, Mitchell reports experts suggest a quick nap during the day.
